End of Tenancy Cleaning services
End of tenancy cleaning services are carried-out by special mobile teams of cleaning operatives, ready to clean with the equipment and the skills needed to deliver an excellent level of routine or deep cleaning experience.
We provide all the cleaning equipment and tools. We will endeavour to provide the client with the list of chemicals, tools and equipment we plan to use, before they are used on your premises by our team of dedicated staff.
The amount charged for the End of Tenancy agreement does not cover carpet cleaning. The all-inclusive rate, for our End of tenancy cleaning service, starts from £10 per hour for work completed.
